“I’m the founder and lead designer of Grow Collective, a design and development co-op started in 2003. Most recently, I was fortunate to be invited to talk about co-operative working at OSCON—the world’s biggest open source conference—in Portland, Oregon. Grow has worked for local clients like Quattro Design Architects, national companies like Talk-Talk, and international customers like Vodafone and OmniTI. We’re proud to be a worker owned and run co-operative, giving all of our members the ability to specialise and do work that they love, but be independent within an organisation based in the South West that can compete with the largest international agencies.” http://jontangerine.com/
